I am a physician that believes that that Paleo way of eating is the best way to promote a health body from the inside out. The website will present and review Paleo recipes found on the web and Paleo recipe Books and share them with other Paleo eaters and to inspire others to try the paleo lifestyle. The ultimate goal is to lead people to the best of the best Paleo recipes... Nothing is worse than spending your hard earned money and valuable time making a meal and then having it not turn out or taste horrible. Dr. paleo can help with this!!

Have fun with this.. This website is supposed to be fun.. Get creative.. I love the idea of a female redheaded doctor with a flinstone like bun in her hair wearing doctors lab coat next to the title "Dr. Paleo". But really I am open to anything.
This website you could say is an attempt to ‘spread the paleo gospel’.. I am by no means a ‘cook’ or chef’ but I do know good food when I taste it. I love try and collecting good paleo recipes so I thought I would share with other the recipes I have tried and help others weed through the thousands of recipes and blogs out there to find one that are not too difficult to make and will be fan favorites.
