I think there will be four or five pages: "Home" page (not sure we need a separate "Contact" page or if contact info can just be included), "History" page, "Attorneys and Staff" page, "Areas of Practice" page.
The Home page can include any of the landscapes and one of the pictures of the two lawyers walking down the street.
The history page should include the composite pictures of the 4 faces.
The Attorneys and Staff Page should include head shots next to each bio. Sam is the older man, Greg is the younger man, Katheryn is the older woman, and Shawna is the younger woman.
The Areas of Practice page can include the group shot of the firm or the two attorneys sitting at the table, or both.

For over sixty years Bonney Law Firm has dedicated itself to serving families and businesses in the Finger Lakes. We are a general practice law firm located in Waterloo, NY, the county seat of Seneca County. Our lawyers have a broad range of experience in civil litigation (the bringing and defending of different types of lawsuits), probate and estate administration (the process by which a decedent’s debts are paid and assets distributed to heirs), and real estate.
Ours is a fourth generation law practice, which is testament to both our passion for the law and the integrity with which we practice it. Bonney family lawyers have been helping people in upstate New York since 1900.
The practice of law is highly personal. People come to us for help in solving some of the most difficult, stressful problems in their lives. At Bonney Law Firm, we understand the importance of establishing a strong connection with our clients based on mutual trust and respect. In this way we can develop an understanding of what you need and how best we can help you.
Established in 1952 (originally as Bonney and Nicit), Bonney Law Firm is the oldest law practice in Waterloo. Sam Bonney welcomed his son Gregory into the practice in 2016, just as Sam’s father Theodore (Ted) welcomed him to the firm in 1975. Prior to establishing a firm in Waterloo, Ted had practiced with his father, Nelson Bonney, in Norwich, NY.
Many of our clients and their families have been with our firm for decades. They know we are conscientious advocates, holding ourselves to the highest standards of practice.

Areas of Practice
As a general practice law firm our lawyers handle a broad range of civil matters.
Probate and Estate Administration
When a person dies there are tasks and responsibilities that must be addressed. These often includes the closing of accounts, the payment of any remaining debts, and the distribution of property to heirs as directed by the decedent’s will. This area of the law is called probate and estate administration. When someone dies without having a will, the person’s assets are distributed as required under New York State law. At Bonney Law Firm we understand how sensitive estate administration can be and we are here to help our clients through this process.
This is a broad area of the law that includes non-criminal cases.
•Our law firm represents individuals and families who have suffered personal injuries or wrongful deaths due to traffic accidents, medical malpractice, workplace-related injuries, and the like.
•We also represent people who have entered contracts that have been unlawfully broken; are engaged in real property disputes; or are taking actions against municipalities.
•We will initiate a lawsuit on our client’s behalf or act as defense when our client is the target of a lawsuit. Clients include individuals, businesses, and not-for-profits.
• Conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, trials if needed
We handle claims brought by or against estates.
When property is sold and purchased, each party is represented by a lawyer to ensure that the transaction is handled appropriately and as smoothly as possible. We represent clients buying and selling homes, farms, and commercial properties.
Basic Estate Planning
This includes the drawing up of wills, powers of attorney, health-care proxies, and living wills
We represent children, when appointed by the court, to act on the child’s behalf and in his or her best interest. This includes acting as the temporary legal guardian of children and disabled individuals relating to estates.
