Young and creative property manager's looking for DOMU (home) design

Our company specializes in the management and leasing of residential and commercial properties in NYC. Our small team has experience in real estate for over 40 years, and over this time, we’ve developed close relationships with our tenants and clients. Our experience has taught us how to meet the needs of tenants and nip problems in the bud. We offer 24/7 service to all of our tenants, and all buildings are maintained by highly trained and experienced superintendents.

Most of the buildings we manage are located in downtown NYC, near NYU, Cooper Union, New School and Pace University, so a majority of our tenants are students and young professionals. We offer 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom accommodations in the best locations. Our commercial properties contain creative offices and startups. Some of our retail spaces are NYC staples, like “The Creperie” and “Pisilo”.

Our mission is to offer reliable and personalized management services and to run as fast and efficiently as possible. As some of the older staff slow down in their managerial roles, we are looking to re-brand ourselves as a younger and more relatable management company. With fresh, young blood, we hope to brand ourselves as friendly, reliable, personal and efficient.

We want a clean and minimal design. Professional but young/fresh. Perhaps just using typography and colors, but we are also open to images/icons as long as they are abstract and not kitschy.

Domu is the latin root for "home". We are open to all caps or all lowercase lettering:
