*MOST IMPORTANT THING*
Our goal is to instill TRUST into our customer. Design should be: CLEAN | NOBLE | LOYAL | ESTABLISHED. The brand should feel like it's been around for 100 years.

*BACKGROUND*
We are real estate developers who purchase dilapidated, distressed houses in terrible condition. We architecturally redesign and renovate the houses to create clean, open spaces. We then sell the house to happy home buyers.

*AUDIENCE*
The hardest part about the process is FINDING a house to purchase. We send direct mail to houses that look dilapidated saying, "we are friendly developers who want to purchase your house. Please call us." The recipients of this direct mail are:
1. People who lived in their house for a long time (sometimes older)
2. Children of an older parent who needs to sell the parents house
3. People who just didn't take good care of their house and now it's in bad condition.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Let designers make suggestions:

Labrador is our brand, our theme, our mascot. We are adopting a Chocolate Lab Puppy (named Coco). So as you design this, think *Chocolate* Labrador :)

Be careful with imagery of dogs and houses. Keep in mind that "being in the doghouse" is not a good thing.

Lastly, do a google search for "real estate logo". There are many and they're very generic and ugly. We don't want that :)
