Exception specialises in sourcing, lauching and promoting new and innovative products into the Australian market. We promote and sell our products directly to consumers through a range of shows exhibitons and shopping malls Australia wide.
Although at present our products fall into two main catergories, our differentiation is in the uniqueness of the products we sell and the experiential way in which we sell them. We specialise in lauching new innovations that make life easier; from new improved cleaning technologies to lifestlye products such as massage machines and fitness equipment. All the products we sell are highly tactile and visual and require some kind of demostration to educate the consumer as to the products' features and benefits.
Currently the vast majority of our sales are generated from, in excess of 130 shows and exhibitions we attend each year. At these shows we have highly interactive displays and demonstrations where consumers can watch, learn, try and buy our products. As a small family owned company we have experienced rapid growth over the past 5 years and are now looking to broaden our sales channels and actively expand into the online marketplace and digital marketing channels which will start with a logo design and than website redesign.
