TweetBender
TweetBender is an in online data business leveraging the ever flowing twitter feed and has a couple of personalities. From an end user perspective it can help you locate the other Twitter users that share your common interests.
From a marketing and business angle it can help businesses manage their twitter social media presence, execute on brand management and marketing strategies. Companies can leverage TweetBender to give them the online 'in the stream' presence that is quickly becoming a requirement for some businesses.
Literally every twitter user can find some value in our tools. Below is a quick summary of who think we'll see first.
The general end-user:
The bulk of the day to day audience is likely made up of your Twitter enthusiast looking to expand the number of people they follow and who follow them in a relevant manner. They might be into bird watching, mountain biking, they might 14 years old, they might be 50 and into anything else you can think of. This person may actually still be wondering what the point of Twitter is. We'll help them figure that out.
The Mavens and power users:
This person lives on every social media site you can think of, and context switches with ease. This person quickly gets the power behind the tools and quickly gets it integrated into their social media routine. No lying to these folks, it's either a killer and they love it or it's irrelevant.
The business:
Marketing agencies, brand managers and everyday companies can leverage it in a way that is very appealing to both experienced social media marketers and novices. We'll working with them on their turf, they may be from the Maven crowd or total social media novices. They know they need a social media presence, but may not get the big picture. We're going to solve that for them in a way they can understand and can own.
I would like an image that scales well, and can live appropriately on several types of media. It will be on the business cards, the website, and any other collateral that is developed.
Please provide the original development files as well so if I need to make a tweak I can. (Fireworks PNG, Photoshop, GiMP)
Design Thoughts:
No limits on creativity! - but here are a few things I had in my head but are NOT requirements.
- It might be interesting to see a texture put to use, or light.
- Abstract is cool
- I'm a big fan of organic shapes, I like stuff that flows.
- I'd like to avoid reusing the tired old Twitter bird cliche. However, if it rocks and works it's not off the table completely.
Again, no limits on creativity.
