We're Rwanda's first street food company. We make a Ugandan street food called 'rolex', mostly to a late-night crowd, via both food truck and a small restaurant. (Uganda and Rwanda are neighbors.) Rolex comes from "rolled eggs": it's a chapati with fried eggs and veggies. They're sold all over Uganda from road-side and market stands, usually in the evenings. Google some pictures of "Ugandan rolex" and "Ugandan rolex stand" to see what it looks like and the sort of environment they are normally found in. Ours though are slightly upscale, with other ingredients like cheese, chili con carne, guacamole, etc, targeting expats working in Africa as well as middle- to upper-class Africans who enjoy traditional street food, but want something more international as well.

Designs zur Inspiration
Rolex has become a symbol of Uganda's youthful, fun-loving, relaxed culture: it's a place where a small entrepreneur with a few shillings can set up a road-side rolex stand with a beat up charcoal grill and an umbrella and no one will hassle him - and he'll have plenty of customers coming out of the bars to get cheap filling food. This logo should capture a bit of this spirit. (Rwanda on the other hand does not have a tradition of street food, so we're bringing a bit of that here from Uganda). Some themes I was playing around with were "keep calm and rolex", gorillas, crested cranes, the Ugandan flag, but don't limit yourself.
The name "Now Now" comes from the Ugandan way of differentiating between "now" (which means sometime in the next hour) and "now now" (which means RIGHT NOW). I don't have a preference at this point for upper-case vs lower-case, or having a space or no space between the Now's.
