We need a logo for a new Customer Feedback Program we are launching to gather feedback from our retail customers. We are going to draw attention to the program by placing placards, stickers and post cards throughout all our retail locations. Our goal is to encourage as many shoppers as possible to use their mobile phones to call us and answer 3 short questions at point of sale.

Have you ever received bad service at a retail location that wanted to make you scream? We have and we don't want it to happen to our customers. Have you ever been so delighted by your service that you want to tell a manager? I know, it's rare, but it happens too and we want to hear about it.
We are launching a program to solicit feedback from all our customers. Every one of them if possible. We need a great, yet simple, design that will encourage people to call our toll free number. We think we have a number that is memorable 1 888 898 HOOT that will allow for creative designs.
Now we need an eye catching logo design that can communicate to a customer in five seconds and that they can call this toll free number and rate our service.
- It needs to say Rate My Service
- It needs to have the vanity number 1 888 898 HOOT and some combination of the regular number 1 888 898 4668. In other words, it needs to show people not familiar with vanity numbers that HOOT stands for dialing 4668.
- It could say Give a Hoot, but this is secondary
- We are open to creative designs, but the logo must communicate that we take customer service seriously
