Target audience: entrepreneurs who own a service-based business AND want to build an online community to create another income stream for their business. Snappier turns ideas into products people want. We put members through a detailed 8-week idea validation program that shows people how to test their online community idea so they're not wasting time and money. Everyone in the community is after the same end goal: to validate their idea with 20 paying customers in 8-wks before they develop anything. We gamify the program so there's monetary incentives, leaderboards, and challenges that earn them credits they can cash in for products and services. Our goal is for our members to actually FINISH and meet their end goal. Only 15% of online course customers finish the online courses they pay for. The power of our system is in the accountability and gamification process to close that gap so they finish and constantly make progress through weekly milestone achievements.

Designs zur Inspiration
My last name is Snapp, so everything I do has a "snap" to it. I host The Make it Snappy Productivity Show so I'm all about being efficient, and not wasting time and money. Snappier is more than idea validation, it's a brand new way to move forward and make progress. It's big, it's a movement in helping entrepreneurs finish what's important. It's similar to Stickk.com, in that accountability is huge and we help people raise their stakes by putting money down on their goal but it's a structured process, not random. I like the Stickk.com logo because it seems to express forward momentum (like a line graph trending upward). I came Members who come into Snappier must know that validating their online community idea is their #1 priority and they need to commit to spending 10 hrs/week on the program for the next 8 weeks or they're not a good fit. It's a tough love sort of thing too.
