Mission Statement : Canada’s Temperance Foundation (CTF) :
To encourage abstinence from alcohol and drugs among the citizens of Canada with the goal of a predominately dry country within twenty years. This will produce the following benefits:
1. A richer and more prosperous country, socially and economically, through improved mental and physical health, among its citizens.This will result in increased happiness and productivity, including stronger and more stable families and will result in a reduction in health costs and legal enforcement costs stemming from the use of alcohol and drugs.
2. A safer country through reduction in crime stemming from the use of alcohol and drugs.

A national foundation promoting the abstinence from alcohol and drugs among the citizens of Canada, a national temperance crusade in Canada.
Message to be delivered through a mass marketing campaign using television, radio, newspaper and internet, through presentations, and through public speeches.
Funds to be raised through the same means.
Temperance Crusade to start in Victoria, British Columbia and to be expanded east throughout Canada.
