Mosaic (at Levis Commons)

New apartment development in a suburban but modern midwest retail area, class A apartments, geared toward young professionals and some small families. The name "Mosaic" is derived from the glass manufacturing history in the suburban town in Ohio that it is being built in.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Let designers make suggestions:
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.

"Mosaic" should be the primary focus and "At Levis Commons" will be used sparingly, so needs to be easily dropped from the logo depending on the application of its use. We're looking for something that is easily read and inviting, but modern and sophisticated. We're open to the logo having a bug or symbol, but it is not necessary if there is a strong stand alone word mark. This will be used in traditional formats, but must also translate well into monument signage.
