It is a working class apartment community catering to a service industry and blue collar clientele. It is located on a busy road in a modest-income neighborhood with many other apartments in Colorado Springs. We are currently renovating the property, both the apartment interiors and exterior as well. Our demographic targets working class.

A crisp, clean design will be preferred. We don't want anything too literal, more of an abstract, modern style logo and/or wordmark.

We are also very open to designer color options in addition to those we selected.
