The idea of the name is to ActBig or do something together as a larger group. It evokes the idea of using viral media to link a group of people with simple interests together.
The website will rely heavily on viral media.
Its also making fun of the idea of being a big shot.
The idea for some of the ads the logo will be used in is to go out adn do things you normally would not spend money on but will because the deal is irresistible.

3. Something that stands out. being careful not to be too fancy.
4 Interesting Font choice with backdrop, play on Font sizes and differentiating the two words. No preference on whether letters should be capitalized or not and choice of letters to be capped so have fun with this.
