Wie Peter Ainsworth das erste logo design Abenteuer antrat
We have recently created a new software application for the investment management industry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invest…management) called Fundipedia. Fundipedia is a SaaS (Software as a Service) delivered customised database application with built in workflow processes, audit trails and reporting for manually generated data about investment management products that is typically maintained (poorly and inefficiently) on multiple spreadsheets. Fundipedia is designed to ensure that firms can improve their client service by knowing their own products better and will also help them to meet regulatory requirements and improve the process of managing this vital data. The attached file is the draft flyer that explains the product.
Erzählen Sie uns, wer Sie sind und wen Sie erreichen wollen?
Our target audience are investment management firms, for example Fidelity, INVESCO, JP Morgan, BlackRock. Therefore our logo should appeal to professionals who would work in these organisations, who we believe to be serious but progressive.
We are looking for a logo to represent our new software application – Fundipedia.
Ideally we would like the logo to incorporate an “F” that is designed in such a way that the F could be used separately and still be associated with the Fundipedia brand.
The logo will not carry a tag line. We wish for the logo to be distinctive, cool, smart and elegant.
Logos that we like can be found on http://www.atlascs.co.uk and http://www.cfamglobal.com. You will notice that the logos are simple but effective.
You’re welcome to experiment with the logo and try a range of fonts, colours and textures. All we would ask is that you keep our application and target audience in mind.
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .png and layered .psd (RGB)
