Logo needed for Trendy New Apartment Building SCOTT'S EDGE!

We need a logo for a brand new apartment building in the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, Virginia at Moore and Bellville Streets. There are 94 apartments all on one floor with a large outdoor courtyard space in the center featuring a pool. This area of Richmond is an up and coming neighborhood, with remnants of industrial businesses, but with a recent influx of apartment buildings, and small businesses with trendy twists that include Coffee Shops, breweries and restaurants. The building will reflect the Industrial Chic architecture of the area. The likely demographic for the apartments will be 22-36 year old young professionals and graduate students, looking for a cool place to live that’s different than the downtown scene. The area of town is a hip and trendy area for young professionals, and graduate student looking to live off-campus. It is close to, but not in downtown which is home to Richmond's central Business District, Capitol and City Government Buildings as well as VCU undergrad and VCU/MCV Teaching Hospital. The logo should reflect the "trendy" nature of the area, building, and its demographic but be able to carry itself into the future as well.
