New logo needed for a Bistro/Cafe in Austin, TX

Trios Cafe

We are building a seven story luxury senior living community that needs a logo for a Cafe/Bistro. The logo is for the Cafe/Bistro called "Trios Cafe". Trios Cafe overlooks the pond the property sits next to. The Cafe will serve coffee, beer, wine, and pastries/snacks similar to those at Starbucks. I've attached renderings of the Cafe and the building it will be in. You don't have to include a triangle in the logo. We are looking for something unique and be bold with your fonts. (cursive is acceptable)

This is a luxury senior living community located inside a village called The Triangle in Austin, TX. The website for the property is http://www.villageatthetriangle.com "Trios Cafe" is located within this property and is a bistro exclusively for it's residents. This is not your average senior living community. It has a soft contemporary feel that we would like communicated through this logo. Clean and classy. The logo will be etched on glass in the bistro. The photos below the renderings of the cafe/bistro and the building it is in. Don't feel obligated to use The Triangle in the logo. We are looking for something unique.
