Experior Data Security & Encryption - company goal is to protect information required by regulation. Our first product and service is aimed at the U.S. healthcare market. Our service may evolve to other markets to I don't want to logo to represent only healthcare. The key idea is that (in the case of healthcare) patient data is unprotected. We're solving the problem of protecting patient information. So when you think of what we do - our products and services protect personal information that should be protected, but is not.
B2B markets - decision makers are primarily in the healthcare business.
The word Experior should be the primary design. Below it we see the words "Data Security & Encryption". We would like to avoid swooshes and underlines, as these are cliche in the technology industry. We would like a logo that will convey a sense of security and that we are experts at securing data that is normally unsecured. The logo should not be "geeky" (encrypted or random text) because the decision makers may not be technical. The logo should be professional as this a business to business company. When someone sees the logo they should instantly feel like our company will solve their data security problem, and that all we do is secure data that is unsecure. To better understand the mindset - you are in charge of a company that stores 100,000 patient records that today are insecure (an employee can copy them, an intruder can steal them, etc). The government says you must now secure these records or pay huge fines and perhaps be criminally charged. You need to select the best product and service to secure the data. You look at a few companies - and you want to choose the one that represents being able to get the job done so you can sleep at night. Who will you trust? Whose logo at first glance gives you the impression of a trustworthy partner to help you secure 100,000 patient records? That's the kind of person that will be looking at our logo.
