New Tang Television is formerly known as New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV). It is an independent, nonprofit television broadcaster established in 2001. Headquartered in New York City, New Tang Television is committed to bringing viewers programs of the highest quality. It has also distinguished itself for its leading role in the promotion of China's traditional arts and culture. Every year the station organizes and sponsors a range of performances, competitions, and outreach programs.

Although New Tang Television broadcasts primarily in Chinese, it does produce a host of news, documentary and educational programming in English. The profile of New Tang's audience are:
- People interested in Chinese or Asian culture
- People who pay close attention to world affairs
- People who like to travel

Education: Well educated
This project is a rebranding exercise to change the TV stations's logo to reflect its new English name: New Tang Television. We are looking for the ideal combination of font, size and configuration of the words "New Tang" or "New Tang Television" to go with the legacy Chinese character logo shown in the attached .ai document.
In other words, the final design must incorporate the Chinese character logo in its original form without alteration, but add the words to complement it for the English speaking audience.
The logo will appear on business cards, stationery, billboards and posters of cultural activities sponsored by the TV station.
I have also attached some draft designs for the Chinese language logo. The English logo design should have a similar look and feel to the Chinese language logo for a consistent branding. (Please ignore the NTTV design in the attachment. We are looking for the words "New Tang" or "New Tang Television" to be fully spelled out)
