While I like the original mock ups I've done. I really want them punched up and modernized in a way I could never do myself. They should look "professional" and of a quality that portrays that the company is large, successful, global and capable.
We will be targeting large corporations, as well as SMB businesses - so logo should appeal to a wide array of customers, but definitively "corporate", as opposed to whimsical or playful.
The key elements that we'd like to keep are the intertwined BR, though actually intertwining them shouldn't necessary limit creativity. We're open to modifications. The circle inside the diamond motif is somewhat important (at this point) to show evolution in the company from the original design.
The design should be "horizontal", with "square" alternatives. There does not need to be gradient fill in the name of the company, nor multiple colors in the name - though any creative thoughts in that area are expected and appreciated.
While we have seen a bunch of designs that we really like that "replicate" the original with added flair, please don't be discouraged from posting new creative ideas that call back to the original but add punch. We'd love to see something that really floors us, and entices us to drop the old design altogether.
