Jambalaya is an internet based company focusing on quality children’s educational entertainment. The company is founded on the premise that parental interaction is fundamental to a child’s development.

Our product is for children aged five and under and delivered via the Internet; however, the website will only be visited by parents of those children. Since the audience is world wide, symbology that applies across language, race and religion is desirable.
Since it is parents that will be shopping on our web site, the logo should not be too childish and will embody a sense of trust that the product will provide children with a valuable and educational experience.
The logo would ideally leverage the corporate name and tagline “Jambalaya… Food for Thought” although this is not mandatory; nor is it a requirement that the corporate name must appear in the logo. This will be left to the artist’s discretion.
The logo will be used across all media so should present well on printed material and on the web. Although the primary logo will be colorful, it should translate well to grey scale.
