LB Equity group is a small real estate investing company based on two young local entrepreneurs coming together to combine their passion, experience and shared level of integrity to spur investment and rejuvenation of local properties one project at a time.
We build relationships with private investors and use their capital to purchase real estate in need of renovation directly from property owners.
The primary goal of our logo and website is to build trust and credibility with property sellers.
