Sturges Property Group is focused on commercial real estate--the leasing and sales of Office, Industrial, Medical, Retail, and Land properties as well as Investment sales in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sturges Property Group’s main focus is commercial real estate brokerage and property management for large real estate investment groups and small business owners. The clientele are located both locally in the northeast Indiana region and across the United States and Canada. We DO NOT do residential real estate (i.e., houses).

The parent company, Sturges Company, owns four companies all focused on commercial real estate. (Note: The three sister companies, Sturges Development Group, Maintenance Management, and Nexus Technology will be added to the scope of the rebrand and we may contact the winner to for further design work.)

Our company is viewed as the Leader in our community for commercial real estate. We are typically involved in many of the major projects that in our community and are known for being professional, having integrity, and being a leader in our community for over 40 years. Despite our firm being 43 years old, the next generation of leaders are focused on being innovative, cutting-edge, and modern.
