We build custom to semi custom homes in the MPLS MN area. Our average sales price is 650k, and we are branding our company to differentiate us from our competitors. "We enhance your home life thru innovative design, efficiency and comfort" is what we do.
We differentiate our designs by designing homes around our clients needs, things that did or don't work in their current home and design them around their lifestyle. We use the 4 areas of livability; entertaining areas, Storage areas, de-stressing areas and storage/conveinence.
We are a family owned and operated company...my dad (Larry) started the company 21 years ago and 10 years ago my 2 brothers and I joined him to carry on the family business. We are the only builder in our area that created this kind of package and the consumer has received it very well. Now we want to take it to the next level to incorporate it to our collateral materials.

Typically our target market is move up families, so ages from 30-50 year old husband and wife...1-3 kids aging from new born to getting ready to leave for college. Every once in awhile we will get some empty nesters that are very analytical and really understand our Energy Package.
For work, the wife could be a stay at home mom to an executive style. The husband is generally an executive person working for large Corporations.
We want to take our original logo and somehow incorporate "Innovative design" to it or around it to add to our collateral materials. We would want any colors to coincide with the logo and our website http://www.NIHhomes.com.
Our innovative design is coupled by a few things;
-Interior design assistance throughout the entire building process to help with product selection for peace of mind and stress free!
-Designing their new home around their lifestyle (talk about things that did not work in their current home)
-Design around Entertaining (open floor plan to keep everyone connected)
-Design around Storage (storage where its needed and not a lack of)
-Design around De-Stressing areas (master bathroom, master bedroom, sunroom. Just a place to be quiet and read a book).
-Design around Flexible Living spaces (pocket office on the main which can turn into a place to store kids toys on the main level, an office that may be used as a piano as their lives change).
