Our Colorado-based brewpub will feature homebrewers for brewmasters and pizzas made with spent grains (usable grains left over from the brewing process). We are looking to change the name to something more franchiseable.
We are pretty confident in the name "Spent Grains." Given the nature of both our brewery and pizza recipe.
