I'm a blogger who teaches people down to earth advice about blogging, internet marketing, business mindset and personal development.
This new course is focused on living a lifestyle like what Tim Ferriss teaches in the 4 Hour Work Week.
I am targeting anyone interested in freeing themselves from a job, traveling overseas on perpetual holidays and developing an online business focused on a model that allows you to work only a few hours a day to earn a full time income.
My promotion will be to my existing subscriber base and via affiliates.
My goal with this logo is to encompass 3 core ideals -
1. Travel - the fun of seeing the world and doing exciting things overseas
2. Enjoying your work, but only working a few hours each day from anywhere in the world
3. Freedom - choosing what you do when you do it, spending time with family and friends, working, or relaxing, or being creative doing what you love (painting, writing, sports, dancing, etc)
Although the program is very much similar to the 4 hour work week, I do not want to conflict with Tim's brand, so let's avoid palm trees and a hammock.
This logo will primarily be used at the top of a website as a header, so it should be about three times wider than it is tall, so it doesn't take too much vertical space on the screen.
I'd like the logo to focus on the phrase "2-Hour-Work-Day" in a fun font, sitting on top of various graphical elements that represent the three core ideals above.
So for example, a person at a laptop, pictures of travel spots from around the world, perhaps fun activities like bungy jumping, skiing, surfing, tennis, wake boarding, a person relaxing on the beach, an airplane, etc
I'm thinking two possible angles with this - pencil sketch style pictures of the elements with the phrase sitting on top/front of them or real life pictures of these things in a sort of montage.
I'm open to your creative interpretation as well. Thank you!
