We have a new cleaning business in a small town, but want to be 'big-town' in professionalism, service and presentation.
We use natural products, but that is not a main selling point of the business. We do domestic and small commercial premises cleaning. We want to appeal to the higher-end market that can afford to pay for a professional cleaning service versus the consumer that wants to hire someone cheaper for cash.
We want a vibrant, bright and clean look that gives an impression of a modern, efficient, trusted, reliable, prompt, and spotless service. I like the colour green – perhaps leaning towards a lime green, with another colour or two that would blend (grey, and a touch of pink come to mind, but don't limit your colours to these!). I would like fluid lines, and fonts and colours should reflect fun and young, rather than starchy. I hope this makes sense.
I don’t really see us with a traditional ‘cleaning’ logo of bucket & mop or bubbles etc. I can invisage swirls to the left of the name. I don't need or really even want the logo to relate to cleaning or houses. I just want an additional stylish (perhaps even whimsical) swirly pattern (I think! I'm no designer, so you might have much better ideas!). The tag line can go somewhere - anywhere – 'Come home to relax!' I'm very happy to see other ideas as well - it's just what I can see in my mind at present.
The 'Spick and Span' should be the main name, and I think I'd like to see 'Housekeeping Services' smaller, secondary, and underneath the main name.
We will be putting the logo and name on a modern white hatchback car, as well as website, business cards, stationery, and on a polo shirt uniform. I assume a white background would be better for these purposes?
Thanks in advance for your submissions! I appreciate your time.
EDIT: HERE ARE SOME LINKS TO SHUTTERSTOCK IMAGES I THINK ARE VIBRANT, AND PORTRAY THE LOOK I WANT. I'M NOT SUGGESTING YOU USE THOSE ONES IN PARTICULAR, BUT WANT TO GIVE AN IDEA OF THE KIND OF BRIGHTNESS I'M LOOKING FOR. Sorry for the caps - just wanted this to be seen.
Sorry - the links didn't seem to work....will try again....No they keep shortening to a URL that is not valid. I'll try to add them in files. OK GOT THEM IN FILES< SO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK. Thanks.
