MDC

MDC stands for Maison de Courtage (French name that means "Brokerage House"). We are willing to consider logos containing just "MDC", "mdc", or you may also include "Maison de Courtage".

We are starting up a new, modern real estate agency. Our agents will be 25-40 years old. Some of our competitors include Remax, Century 21, Sotheby's, M Immobilier, Engel & Völkers, etc... We are based in Canada and our target audience is twofold:
1- our clients are anyone looking to buy and sell a residential property (house or condo, new or old)
2- the agents that will come work at the agency

One of the partners has a preference for black and white, but we are also open to letting you use your imagination with colors to see if you can suggest something that we can agree on.

We have a preference for a modern design. Logo will have to look good on a lawn sign (for sale sign).

Once a winner is picked, we will offer you to design our lawn sign, letterhead & business card as a separate job.
