We need to present finalised logos to our business by Friday, March 1st.
After this logo is finished, we’ll need to quickly design a simple shirt to go along with it (that will be a separate brief we will post once this logo contest is over).
The main themes of the hackathon brand identity are:
1:1 / personalisation
marketing technology + innovation
‘eureka’ moments which link marketing technology to solving problems for clients/customers
happy / loyal customers + great relationships
Note: one of the things which is DIFFERENT about Hack1:1 versus traditional hackathons is that traditional hackathons are based on coding challenges. (i.e. developers get 48 hours to start coding from scratch, and see what they can produce over the hackathon, then present their software). This will NOT be the Hack1:1 approach. Instead, Hack1:1 will focus more on the IDEAS that we will present to our clients. So, as it relates to the logo, it shouldn’t incorporate computers, monitors, 0’s and 1’st (i.e. “0010101110”), code, etc … It’s about the customer and the personalised relationship.
