The Kena Alliance, a 501C3 nonprofit, identifies value in innovation and turns it into wealth. We work with Latin countries. So far, this has included: Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Spain, Panama, Colombia, and Brazil. We train/guide small to medium-sized companies grow their businesses globally. Our goal is to have these enterprises sell more and expand their influence worldwide--leading to the creation of jobs in their areas of origin.
Our headquarters are in Silicon Valley and our areas of expertise include: information and communication technologies, agribusiness, biomedicine, cleantech, and nanotechnology. We look for companies with innovative, high value potential (often translates into companies with intellectual property).
Erzählen Sie uns, wer Sie sind und wen Sie erreichen wollen?
Local governments , international institutions (World Bank, IMF), entrepreneurs, business and technology academics, investors (venture capitalists, angels, foundations), large multinational corporations.
We like our old design, but since we are changing our name we can no longer emphasize the "IP" part of our old logo (attached below). Therefore, we are looking for a simple logo with 2-3 conservative colors; it needs to be serious. We want to convey the idea that we are economically improving Latin regions by helping its key players access the global market.
Kena is an end-blown flute that has a range of two octaves. It was orginally played by the Incans. It would be interesting if the logo combined this flute (representing Latin America) and somehow made it a global object--this is not necessary, but we would be interested.
