We are establishing a Gourmet Burger Restaurant in a busy restaurant precinct on the Gold Coast, Australia. Although the emphasis will be on Burgers, we will also be taking the opportunity to open for Breakfast.
The concept of the restaurant centres around fresh, healthy & quality food served either in burger, as a salad, or as breakfast. We aren't a take away joint, so we want our customers to come and sit down, enjoy our food in a casaul but smart dining experience with a nice bottle of wine.

Our target audience will be 16-40, that want quality, healthy food that doesn't take forever to make. They don't want take away, they want to enjoy sitting down and having a coffee, a beer or a wine with their food and catching up with friends. Lazy Sunday brunches, casual Saturday afternoon beers, breakfast before work, lunch with work mates, early dinner before going out or late night snack after going out. This concept is new to the area, with many restaurants in the precinct serving a variety of cuisine.
The logo is to be the words "freshly stacked" within a graphic. We would like to be able to incorporate the words "gourmet burger" and "gourmet breakfast" underneath the main logo. We don't want anything tacky like a graphic of a burger or anything found within a burger (ie tomato).
We would like the logo to be bright & clear & fresh that tells the audience who we are and what we do.
