Blue Fern is a new Real Estate Brokerage based in the Northwest. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best experience possible when buying or selling a home. We set ourselves apart from our competition through severing ties with traditional old school real estate advertising and focusing on new, innovative, and technology driven marketing and advertising techniques. In addition to our revision of marketing principles we plan on turning the world of customer care in real estate upside down, providing a level of service, people deserve for the largest investment they make in their lives.

Our primary audience is home buyers, and home sellers. We also have a fairly extensive list of more corporate clients in the private investment, and banking community.
We are looking for a logo, and distinctive icon to become the face of our company. Our current business plan has us poised for immense inter-state growth over the next few years, and we want an icon and logo that is instantly recognizable whether it be on a business card, yard for sale sign, building, or billboard. Given that everyone needs somewhere to live our logo needs to be universally appealing. We had thought that elements of our name, namely blue and the fern aspect should be subtly incorporated, however we are flexible on this point.
