I have now changed the name of the logo and hope this would make my brief easier. The food I prepare and cater originates from Trnidad and Tobago where I grew up. Caribbean Creole Cuisine is a blend of culinary influences which merged together creating what we call the Creole flavour. I The influences were the Pre-Colonial Arawaks and Carib IndianTribes, Europeans (UK, France, Spain and Dutch), Africa (from the days of slavrey), India and Asia (Indentured Slaves), and the Middle East (Merchandisers). Other influences, due to the close proximity, were Mexico, Central and South America and North America. With them came their cooking traditions and eventually all blended into a fusion of flavours from aall their cooking styles and cluinary techniques. That is how the Creole fusion of flavours were born, not just in the Caribbean, but in New Orleans (Cajun) and Louisianna in the USA.
I also make authentic sauces with the bespoke ingredients and urgently need a new logo and design for labeling for my sauces. One is a Hot Tasty Pepper sauce and I also bottle a blend Herb Seasonings to use with Poultry, Meat, Fish and even vegetables. I need to get labels for my bottles but require a brilliant logo for my catering name which can be used on my labels, website, facebook, etc. Can you come up with something that will be exceptional. I also have started cooking lessons and need to print some leaflets with my logo on it. I have attached my current logo which was designed for me by a friend. I do not want to move away from the concept, i.e., the message "Offers you the world on your plate", but I understand I have to have a very eye catching, calling to the immediate attention of my target audience which is from teenagers to adults.
It was strongly suggested to me that because everyone I know calls me by my pet name, "Aunty Julie", I have been told to incorporate "Aunty Julie's Creole on one line and then "the tastiest Pepper Sauce" . Some designs around this would be brilliant. Please consider this in your design. Most importantly, remember the word "Creole" has an accent on the first e as it is a french word. Please make sure that it has the accent in the logo. Thank you so much. If you are not clear, please email me and we can discuss. Kind regards, Julienne
