The problem for Business
Today it's a real challenging to find the perfect IT employee for every company. The number of well qualified and professional IT members are limited, and the need for them is grooving. The avg. searching time is now almost 100 days. That's enormous especially in our fast changing world. In order to overcome this and push down the searching time, get the required specific know-how without too much investment, more and more companies are hiring freelancers (Selbständige). However the market and need for them is also grooving faster then the available number of persons are grooving. On the other hand the German law is also not really supporting this form of employment since it sees the risk and willing to evasion of the social system, and checks intensively the cases after Scheinselbständigkeit.
The problem for People
There are lot of professional and high qualified people out there, who are doing their job at a fixed job/place/office. I know from personal experience that this is exciting in the 1st year, in the 2nd you sorted out many issues, and from the 3rd year it becomes more like a daily routine, and there is less and less possibilities to learn something new. This is also a way in the direction of burn out. It gives you the solution in your hands to change your employer or become a freelancer. Changing the employer has also some risks that he needs to take into account and it's not a long term solution since the whole process repeats in 2-3 years. From the other hand if he chooses to become a freelancer, a lot of other type of risks are coming onto him/her along with much other type of tasks, like client acquire, bookkeeping etc. Not everyone is able to master those challenges, or they are just afraid from these things and just never make the step in this direction.
The solution for both parties: Our company
We want to hire people as employees and let them to work for our Clients. This is a category of Outsourcing called Out-tasking. We don't want to take over a whole complex department from our Clients. Instead we want to ensure that the Clients can assign specific tasks to the right people who is professional in that field. In this way the Client does not have to wait for 100 days before the HR department is able to find the perfect candidate. Our target is to give the needed Human in days. This is also good for our employees. The project rotation is in between 3 months to maximal 2-3 years. There will be always something new he/she can learn. Also he/she does not have to worry about client acquire, taxes, etc since he/she is a normal employee of us with all the benefits and risk reductions.
Our target Audience:
CEOs, CTOs, HR and everyone who has an IT project, but does not have or wants to acquire the required personal to get it done. From age point of view they are between 25-50 years.

1. CEO, CTO, HR: Who exactly knows what kind of people his business needs, including field, technology and experience level.
2. CEO, HR: Who are mixing together multiple roles into one position and they are wondering that they don't find the perfect fit.
3. CEO: Knows what product he/she want's to build, but does not knows which group of people he needs to bring the product alive.
Messages that are important:
1. We are NOT another HR/Recruitment agency. Our value are the people who are working with us or who wants to join.
2. Our main activity: Out-tasking - Outsourcing TO the Client an employee who masters the know-how required by the Client for a well-predefined task/tasks,period of time and at a place(OnSite/Remote).
3. The TO word is very important in the above sentence, because usually Outsourcing takes something away from the company, which causes fear inside the Clients organisation. No, we want to GIVE. Give a professional member who can deliver the tasks at the highest quality level on time. Give a member to their team, from the other employees of the Client can also learn from.
4. We are taking responsibility over the projects that we are doing.
5. Our employees are going through a strict and skill focused recruitment procedure, to ensure the Client get's the value for his/her money.
6. For us it's very very important that our employees are loving to work with/through us.
7. We are giving for the employees challenging and diverging projects and give ability to improve their skills, give them training and certifications.
8. Since we are the full legal employer of our employees there is no risk of Scheinselbsändigkeit.
