Realtors vetting realtors for home buyers and sellers.
With the amount of real estate agents flooding the market, many home buyers aren't able to distinguish the truly great agents from the mediocre ones—especially those relocating to an unfamiliar city—until it's too late.
We are on a mission to vet agents—truly vet them—through not only quantitative data, but also personal qualitative interviews, so that home buyers can fully trust that their real estate experience will be handled by a professional best-suited to their unique circumstance. All free of charge.
WeVett is a unique model because it focuses entirely on building relationships. There are numerous websites that provide basic reviews and stats for the "top" agents in the area, however, they are either based off of quantitative data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service or are subscription-based which makes their results biased. This is the "plug and play" method which often results in a poor experience for the home buyer.
WeVett looks at the data and statistics, but also takes it one step further by doing personal interviews to vet the qualities of the agent and determine whether they are a buyers agent, sellers agent, good with investment properties, etc. We'll even match up agent and home buyer personality types.
Our initial target markets are military and people who are relocating to an unfamiliar city. Our services are nationwide.
Our secondary market will eventually be all home buyers and sellers.
