We are a direct response marketing agency launching an innovative and exciting targeted web sales / lead generation strategy for an investment fund.
There’s a wide audience of investors that are strongly focussed on Income from their investing. In the investment world, just as some investors juxtapose Shares vs Property, so too balance Growth vs Income outcomes in their investing. This campaign is directed at those investors (new or current) who’s focus is Income Investing at this point in time.
Till now, popular Income Investing seems to focus mainly on high return cash accounts or term deposits, positively geared property, or on shares that typically pay high dividend returns (ie Tattersals). This Campaign is most likely targeting those people who already have a) a blue chip portfolio b) shares with high dividend yields or c) those in high return cash accounts or 2nd mortgage products. We would likely not be targeting those interested in bonds as they’re suited to a slighly more sophisticated market and are somewhat cyclical in nature.
To explain and promote investment in the fund as a superior way to earn solid monthly cash flow returns – better than fixed income, better than bank, better than positively geared property, better than share dividends – and with less risk in some case.
