Need creative logo for successful luxury real estate company!!

Looking for a clean logo with decorative elements around the words “Pinnacle Development Group”. Logo should be a sophisticated, elegant design with dark, deep colors. We do not like bright colors. One of our ideas is to include a single abstract design element. The design could incorporate both real estate elements of commercial (buildings) and residential (houses) real estate. However, since our company is in Florida, it should not have large skyscrapers in it that would imply something like New York City instead. Our company also does land development in Florida, so having a building in the design is not required, it could somehow show elements of land and trees/grass. We are also open to abstract designs that may not have a clear image of a tall building, house or land. These are just some suggestions and we are open to your ideas! However, we prefer if it does not just have a picture of a house ONLY. We develop land and build houses, we are not a realtor and we don't want our logo confused with a company that only sells houses.
