Our aim is to help women feel better about themselves so they make better choices for themselves. To help them re-orientate their relationship to their busy life, get connected, move in harmony with their body, grow with ease, and awaken their power from within to become so strong, capable and open in their body and mind they live an extraordinary WOW life.
We're New Zealand based but reach women globally. Its our dream to live in a world where yoga is medicine, desire is celebrated, everyone exudes aliveness, and dancing in the streets is highly encouraged if not mandatory.
Target audience: female, busy corporate roles and at-home mums, 25-50 years old. They are sleep deprived, stressed and time poor but want to do more to care for themselves. They're hungry to know more, grow and thrive.
