The company will initially target people pursuing outdoor activities such as scuba diving, hiking, sailing, etc. The products are targeted to the traveler, the adventurer, the seeker in each of us.
Our products are targeted to the masculine energy in each person, whether male or female.
Other Design Criteria
The new logo will be used in all of our marketing efforts. We are completely open to all suggestions and creativity.
This logo will support a strong international brand. The design should be simple and clean yet very memorable, definitely not busy-looking or campy. It should be modern and fresh but not too contemporary or Avant-garde. It should be a logo that once established in the market everyone knows what it is for. Gimmicky, cheesy, and fussy should NOT describe this logo.
The logo should project the following attributes:
• Excitement, Energy, & Fun
• Spontaneity and Vitality
• Credibility & Trustworthiness
It will be used to brand us in social media (twitter avatar, Facebook fan page). The logo may be used in both full color and one color printing so a design that renders well in both is required.
The logo should also include or be adaptable to an icon that can be used as a browser bookmark icon (favicon) or as a mobile application icon on a smartphone.
The logo will primarily be used digitally and should be able to work for small and large uses.
The logo should not feel like a cartoon and should not use clip art or stock images. If a dragon is incorporated into the design it should follow the Chinese aesthetic for such images not the European (See: http://www.draconika.com/chinese.php).
