We provide a full range of services for estate liquidations including property management, estate liquidation sale, and property sale. Our customers range from local residents in need of a quick estate liquidation to out of state loved ones tasked to liquidate the entire estate, including the property.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.

Highlight this text in the company name "Under One Roof" as the main focus with "Estate Solutions" emphasized less.
If you choose to use a roof in the design, we want it to be conceptual as an element of the logo and not literal. We do not want to be mistaken as a home builder or realtor. (if you Google image search Roof Logo you will see examples of what we do not want to see)
