Who we are:
Founded in 2009, SAV Group solution is the key that opens the digitalization of the reverse and after-market logistics in Europe.
What we do:
Our platform allows our clients to provide a great overall customer experience with a full online return process and to optimize cost by cutting intermediate handling and administrative operations.
How it works:
E-commerce websites (mostly marketplace sellers) who contract with us ask us to handle the after sales of their business. Every time they sell a product, they give us the details of their buyers.
Then we send a welcome email to their buyers telling them that in case of problems with their order, they have to acces to MyReturn.co with their login and passwords and we will help them go through the jungle of the after sale. Our managed services makes the after sale easier, faster and even cheaper for the merchants.
MyReturn is available in different languages to enable merchants to sell in various countries.
Why we need a logo:
My Return is a new brand that will appear on our website which will be named myreturn.co
The logo has to represent our key values: Easier and faster to send your parcel back (in case of withdrawal) or to the repair center (in case of failure).
That's why we think that an arrow, a parcel, a DIY tool, a wharehouse or anything that could be more graphic than our name could be useful.
FYI We have an old website ( monsav.com ) which is proposing almost the same functions but in French only and which is not only dedicated to returns but also to buy repairs and extended warranty.

We also have a dedicated software solution to major retailers, in white label, such as CDiscount, Fnac or LaRedoute called Revers.io
We are not satisfied with our logo. So we may use the same designer to create a new logo for Revers.io
At the beginning of our reflexion, we were thinking of calling our marketplace solution ' captainreturn' which was not enough serious for us in the end.
Dear designers, it seems that you all got the fact that an arrow could define the return management. We agree on this. We believe that the arrow should go to the left to signify the return. In cas of swap we could also have an arrow back. We also think than a parcel/box/package has to be added as they are using our tool to get a shipping label and then send back to the merchants they bought from.
