We are a real estate investment and management firm. Originally I wanted the name to be something along the lines of THIRTEEN ELEVEN REAL ESTATE, LLC. But that didn't fly. The current name is based on the following verse from Proverbs 13:11 "Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow."

My target audience is mainly geared to student housing. It also needs to lend itself to investors looking for a professional real estate company to manage their investment portfolio.

Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Purples: Imagination, spirituality, royalty and luxury.
Let designers make suggestions:

My only sketch is of an old timey water tower overlooking a small town with a winding road with a few houses scattered. I like the idea, just not sure if it can be done simply.... think "Silver Town" from the movie "Joe Dirt." PLEASE don't hold your ideas to that, it's all my creativeness could muster.
