Pipit

Pipit is a mobile app for the shared housing market. Everyone who is looking for a ROOMMATE or a ROOM TO RENT in a SHARED APARTMENT can use the app to find what they are looking for.

What's special and new?
It's like Tinder for roommates. Using data from your personal profile, the app matches the best roommate candidates with the most relevant listings of vacant rooms. Finding a room or roommate through the Pipit app is very personal, and much faster and more immediate than browsing through listings on other sites.

The target audience is 18-35 years old and lives in big cities or college towns in Europe.

Please be aware of the context:
Pipit is a mobile app, so the logo will have to “make sense” when looked at in very small sizes or on a small screen. It should stand out on the app store.

Please only create flat designs! No shadows, no fancy 3D, etc.

Your logo may incorporate the letter “P”, the initial letter of our business name.

About the business name:
Pipit is a migrating bird. We chose it as a business name because our users are like migrating birds, moving from one city to the next, one apartment to the other. If you want to, you can use the bird theme (bird house, bird nest, flock of birds, etc.) in your design, but this is not necessary or required.

Feedback for Round 1: If I like your design concept, I'll provide you feedback 2 or 3 times.

I will try to drop a quick line of feedback even if I eliminate your design.

If your design gets eliminated without any feedback, then please try a new design concept.

DESIGN RULES FOR 1st ROUND:
Please don't submit your design in more than two color variations in round 1.
You will increase your chances much more if you submit different designs. If I like your design, we can still work on color variations and tweaks in the later rounds.
Please provide your logo design on an app-icon shaped background.
