The LLAMA platform offers technology that allows real estate investors, landlords, and others to predict rental income associated with residential properties under a wide variety of "what-if" conditions. This can be useful when determining whether to purchase a specific property, optimizing an existing portfolio, or considering the ROI of making potential renovations and improvements. The platform also provides insights into the specific demographic segments to whom rental units should be marketed in order to maximize customer willingness to pay (and hence income).
