Create an awesome logo (web & print) for a real estate project close to Berlin

Lindenpark bei Berlin

This logo shall be for a real estate project, which includes to build about 100 to 150 houses, in an area close to Berlin. The project name is "Lindenpark bei Berlin", where the "bei Berlin" hasn't to be part of the logo, but it would be nice.
As you can see in the attached screen designs, we already created a 5 minute temp-logo, but this should now be replaced. The screen designs are more or less final, so the logo should perfectly fit into the rest.
The Logo also has to be used for print (brochures etc.), so this should also be possible as use case.

Real estate project:
* It will be built around 100-150 houses on an area of around 77.000 square meters.
* The houses are for 1-5 parties
* The segment of the houses are middle class
* Region is close to Berlin

Target groups:
1. Young families with kids / couples that live in Berlin and want to buy something own (close to Berlin, but in the middle of the nature as well)
2. Business men, then need to live close to the new BER airport
3. (Older) people that already live in Rüdersdorf but would like to live in a better house/flat and would like to buy something

Main goals of the website & brochures:
* Sell the location "Rüdersdorf" (because it's a bit more far from Berlin, then other places)
* Sell the location, which has lots of lakes, green spaces, parks and nature around, but is also close to Berlin

About the colors to use: You can use all of the mentioned ones, but of course also only one or two of them.
