I'd like the logo to be fairly simple (no complex backgrounds built in to the logo, prefer solid colors to gradients, etc.) and usable in full color or as a solid white logo on colored background.
I'd also like to include a graphic "icon" in the logo to be used for further branding and web work (favicons, social media profile pictures, etc.). Something like a stylized but simple house shape, etc. - fairly open to designers' ideas here.
