Zusammenfassung
This logo is for a entrepreneur service company that helps tech startup companies. The concept for the logo is along the lines of a crest and seal. Think closer to a medical shield/crest or CIA, FBI or government seal only as our name suggests -- with a cocoon/butterfly/caterpillar theme. It can be just a shield (like Porche's symbol) or a combination of shield and seal like the US Great Seal.

The design needs to be slick but also needs to be very professional (not cartoonish).
My color scheme is probably going to be brown+white or gold+black but feel free to try different things.
