Primary targets would be small engineering, construction, and architectural firms that do not have in-house HR departments.
Audience in this market is often middle aged, well educated men. They are typically a "no-nonsense" group. They want to get to the point quickly and concisely, not search for what you are really getting at. They are creative problem solvers. They are passionate about what they do and their organizations. They care about their people and want to ensure they are giving their people the best they can. They want a strong team that stands out above the competition.
Logo colours should include the primary colours (red, yellow, blue) and green if a fourth colour is required for the design.
Creativity is highly encouraged with one or more of these ideas in mind:

*Rising to the top/ascending
Do not include:
*People in ties
Also open to the idea of making the words themselves the logo with creative use of font, colour, etc.
