Aus 303 Designs von 88 Designern wurde eine Gewinner gewählt.

HomeBackers Realty is a small real estate brokerage that's on a mission to redefine the home buying experience by making it simpler, easier to understand, and by giving our customers a greater sense of control over their buying process. Our target age range is 26-36.
There are 6 pillars to the HomeBackers brand.
1. We are professional with personality.
We take our responsibility to our clients seriously, but not ourselves. We laugh a lot. We put our feet on our desks. And we occasionally bring nerf guns to work. We may have a lot of fun, but our first priority is always our obligation to our clients.
2. We are innovative.
It’s more than a buzzword. It is an underlying mindset that compels us to perpetually challenge the what we do. We never stop asking, “is this really the best way?"
3. We are organically digital.
We use digital mediums, and we use them prolifically, because they fit our lives, not because they are part of some trend, or because we’ve been told they’ll fatten our bottom line. We use them because only because they add to our lives. It only makes sense that we would extend the same digital accessibility to our clients that we would expect ourselves.
4. We are genuinely philanthropic
We give of our time and resources to causes we believe in. Not because it helps us, but because it helps others.
5. We are generous with our knowledge.
We share our knowledge with anyone who asks and we ask nothing in return. We are an open book, even if it means we will occasionally be taken advantage of.
6. We are impeccably clean.
Everything, from our website, to our facilities, to our realtors, is clean and uncluttered. The future is cleaner and brighter than the present. And we are the real estate company of the future, so we’ll look like it.
Attempts to incorporate a map “pin” (think trulia or google maps) are appreciated. Most of the home search process is taking place online. We want to reflect that. The map pin could even be translated into a realtor sign. The Urban Realtor logo attached is another example of such a pin.
We do need a symbol element (think something that would work well as a FB icon). The map pin will work as a symbol.
Please no leaves
If you’re going to use a house, it should be VERY creative.
We like the mid-century design influences on the Carillon Daycare logo and the "rain rain go away image". If you're unsure of what mid-century graphic design looks like, just do a google image search for "mid century graphic design". But don't go overboard with the mid-century influence, it should be subtle.
We also like the multi-color prism look on the alcyon logo.

We will need a vector file for the winning logo.
Please look at Redfin Real Estate. They will probably be our most direct competitor. We want to differentiate ourselves from them... Just something to keep in mind.
