We invest in and rehabilitate (flip) single-family properties in the Twin Cities. Our target audience is the families selling the homes, the contractors we hire for the rehabilitation, and the neighborhoods we serve.

We are based in the Saint Paul, Minnesota, and our name comes from the two rivers here, the Mississippi and the Minnesota. Also choose the name because we are two families working together, and because rivers were the locations of the first communities (other than on the ocean shore). If possible, we'd like our logo to salute the heritage of our neighborhoods.
Once our main logo is done, we will be very interested in working with the winning designer for business cards.
