My background is TV and Radio. I'm launching a hybrid New Media concept that combines TV and the Internet called BANDBREAK.TV. Selected unsigned bands will take part in concert filming sessions in London. 8 Bands/Singers will be filmed in a day using a 3 camera set and this will be turned into a 1 hour programme broadcast on a music channel. In addition, the individual Band sessions will be posted on the BANDBREAK.TV website where they can be viewed by fans, agents, music labels. Unlike other 'unsigned' websites all footage featured will be of broadcast standard. This is a commercial venture that will start in the UK and then be rolled out across Europe and the US.

Mainstream 14-24 year olds - particularly the student scene. Bandbreak.TV is not just aimed at the independent music scene - it has to feel inclusive of other types of audiences who have a more general appreciation of music.
Looking for an inspirational and iconic logo that can be universally embraced. Needs to consist of the word - 'BANDBREAK.TV' plus a symbol to accompany the wording. Needs to be cool, aspirational, and promising of an exciting and aspirational experience. BANDBREAK.TV is designed to build beyond the precedent of YouTube - offering quality video viewing in a seductive and uplifting cyber environment.
